Architected a medical-grade VR surgical training platform from first principles — procedural simulation of bone and soft tissue, CT-to-VR pipelines, and a mobile VR architecture delivering high-fidelity simulation on the Oculus Quest. Built and run Delphi, a production AI assistant spanning a mobile chat client, a real-time voice agent inside the headset, and automated performance assessment — backed by a concept-structured retrieval corpus over expert-reviewed clinical material, a per-user memory system, and an evaluation harness that measures prompt changes rather than guessing at them.
